Xocolatl was the name of ceremonial drink the Aztecs of Mexico served the Spaniards upon arrival in 1519, now referred to as chocolate. Mocafe™ has recreated this drink using original recipes to produce Azteca D’oro 1519 Mexican Spiced Ground Chocolate. Laced with fragrant spices such as cocoa liquor, real vanilla, almond and cinnamon. Use to make delicious hot cocoas, create unique mochas by adding a shot of espresso, or blend it up to create decadent mocha frappes.
In cup add 6 oz. steamed/hot milk, and 1 scoop (4 Tbps.) of MOCAFE Cocoa powder.
Stir well and enjoy.
In blender add 6 oz. milk, 2 scoops (8 Tbps.) of MOCAFE Frappe powder, and 12 oz. of ice.
Blend until smooth and serve.
Optional: Replace 2 oz. of milk with espresso or coffee to create a blended mocha frappe.
